After falling short of taking a 3-1 series lead, Philly will now look to bounce back up North. They struggled from downtown as well as from the foul line, two aspects that really hurt them. Their bench did not produce much, and with Greg Monroe now getting Boban’s minutes, they have been a little less effective recently. Philly has a lot of work to do in order to fix last game’s mistakes.
Toronto, on the other hand, has to be ecstatic that they were able to win. Kawhi Leonard had continued to be the only player stepping up for them, and Serge Ibaka (32 mins) was the only reserve to log more than seven. Nick Nurse did not have much faith in his bench and who they had left on the floor. The trading of Marc Gasol rid them of both CJ Miles and Delon Wright, on top of JV. Both of those guys could be helpful right now.

Sixers at Raptors stats
Sixers: He was playing with an illness and didn’t sleep much the night before, but Joel Embiid’s 11-8-7 performance will not help anybody. They need his scoring. Jimmy Butler had another terrific performance with 29 points and 11 boards. JJ Redick was shooting it well and amassed 19 points. But Tobias Harris shot the ball horribly, proving that he cannot always be counted upon. The rotation of the bench looks to be set with Ennis-Scott-Monroe, none of whom started the season here. A lot has to be fixed for Philly, and they have to do better shooting threes and foul shots.
Raptors: Should the Raptors’ new logo be a picture of Kawhi Leonard’s hand (claw)? Kawhi is having a historically great series and finished with 39-14-5 last game. He is having a hard time missing his shots and has truly been doing it all. If he didn’t have it already, he definitely has the respect of all his peers around the league. Marc Gasol finally looked to want to score and added 16 pts. Kyle Lowry had 14 points but didn’t impress much. Pascal Siakam had nine points trying to deal with his injury.
Sixers at Raptors H2H
Folks, if you’re looking to bet the over/under, the under hit in each of the first four games, with defense playing a huge part in that. Again, it’s also worth noting after MIL took a 3-1 lead on BOS, that the Sixers defeated Toronto in 2001 to get to the ECF where Milwaukee waited. We could have a repeat.
Sixers at Raptors predictions
Folks, make sure you bet PHI +6! The lack of help for Kawhi, and the bench hardly getting any run is going to take its toll. One man can only do so much for a team in the postseason at this juncture.
