Pogba – a world champion with France in 2018 – was handed a four-year ban for breaching anti-doping regulations, but after an appeal and the submission of new evidence, the suspension was reduced to 18 months. As of 10 March 2025, the midfielder has served his ban and is now free to resume his career and find a new club.
The 32-year-old has 91 caps and 11 goals for the French national team and has represented France at every youth level from U15 onwards.
