Olympique Marseille have offered a contract to striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang, who is currently a free agent. The deal proposed by the French club runs until the summer of 2026.

The 36-year-old Aubameyang’s most recent club was Al-Qadsiah in Saudi Arabia. During the 2024/2025 Pro League season, the forward played 32 matches, scoring 17 goals and providing three assists. He also scored four goals in as many appearances in the Saudi Cup.
Aubameyang has previously played in Ligue 1, most notably with Saint-Etienne between 2011 and 2013, where he won the Coupe de la Ligue and was named Ligue 1 African Player of the Year. His more recent spell with Marseille during the 2023/24 season saw him finish as the Europa League’s top scorer and win the Ligue 1 Player of the Month award in 2023 for his performances in December.
