Santi Denia’s coaching journey has been closely tied to Spanish youth football over the last decade. A former centre-back whose playing career was primarily associated with Atletico, Denia worked his way up through Spain’s youth categories starting at U16, culminating in leadership roles for both the under-21 and Olympic teams. He clinched the European Under-17 Championship in 2017 and followed that by lifting the U19 title in 2019.
