Hull City are moving closer to securing Robinio Vaz from Roma. The newly promoted Premier League sie are close to finalising a season-long loan arrangement worth €2m. The deal would also include an option to make the transfer permanent for a further €30m, creating a potential total package of €32m.
Additional information around the negotiations states that Vaz has reached an agreement in principle with Hull City on a contract running until 2031 (1+4). Hull are continuing to close the deal with AS Roma on the basis of a €2m loan fee and a €30m purchase option.

Roma Stand to Make Quick Profit
If Hull activate the permanent option, Roma would make an immediate gain on a player they only brought in a few months ago. Vaz joined Roma from Marseille during the winter transfer window earlier this year, with the Italian club paying €25m for the teenager.
Before moving to the Stadio Olimpico midway through the 2025-26 campaign, Vaz had produced four goals and two assists in 14 Ligue 1 appearances. After arriving in Serie A, he added one more goal in 12 outings for Roma, with all of those appearances coming from the bench.
