Oklahoma City Thunder secured a place in the Western Conference finals after a commanding 125-93 victory over the Denver Nuggets in Game 7 of their semifinal series. The Thunder won the series 4-3 and will now face the Minnesota Timberwolves in the conference final.

Denver remained competitive only in the first quarter, which ended with a slight advantage for the Nuggets at 26:21. However, the Thunder completely took over in the second quarter, outscoring their opponents 39:20 and building a solid 14-point lead by halftime. This gap continued to widen as Oklahoma City extended their dominance in the second half, with the difference reaching over 40 points at one stage. Denver managed to reduce the deficit slightly by the final whistle, but the outcome was never in doubt.

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was the standout performer for Oklahoma City, delivering an impressive 35 points. Jalen Williams added 24, while Chet Holmgren registered a double-double with 12 points and 11 rebounds.

For Denver, Nikola Jokic finished with 20 points, Christian Braun contributed 19, and Jamal Murray managed just 13.

Oklahoma City Thunder will now take on the Minnesota Timberwolves in the Western Conference finals, with the series set to begin on May 20.
