The two clubs have agreed on a transfer fee of €17 million plus an additional €2 million in bonuses. The player will sign a 4+1 year contract, earning €2 million per season plus bonuses. Estupinan was keen to join the Rossoneri, and his agent Jorge Mendes played a key role in facilitating the deal. The 27-year-old spent three seasons at Brighton after joining from Villarreal, making 104 appearances and registering 5 goals and 14 assists for the Seagulls.
