Tottenham have started negotiations with Manchester City for the transfer of Brazilian winger Savinho. The 21-year-old has expressed his desire to join the Spurs, who are offering him more playing time.

Savinho has been playing in Europe since 2022, when he joined Dutch side PSV Eindhoven from Atletico Mineiro. He also spent one campaign in La Liga with Girona before joining Manchester City in the summer of 2024. Last season, he made 48 appearances for Manchester City in all competitions, scoring 3 goals and providing 13 assists. His contract with the English club runs until the summer of 2029.
