According to Sky Sports, Thomas Frank had been searching for a player capable of playing in every position across the attacking line, and Kudus fits that profile perfectly. The Ghana international has scored 13 goals and provided 12 assists in 65 Premier League matches so far.
This will be the first transfer between the two London clubs since 2011, when Tottenham signed Scott Parker from West Ham.
