Stuttgart’s management has rejected a second offer from Bayern Munich for Nick Woltemade. According to Bild journalist Julian Agardi, the Bavarians’ latest bid was worth €50 million, including €5 million in bonuses and 10% from any future sale of the striker.

“We are not in negotiations. Nick will stay with us next season. We don’t want to part ways with him. Don’t expect me to name a specific price for which we would let him go,” said Stuttgart CEO Alexander Wehrle.

Despite the firm stance, several German media outlets report that talks between the two clubs are ongoing. Stuttgart could eventually agree to let go of their star for €65 million.

Last season, Woltemade scored 12 goals in the Bundesliga. He then continued his strong form at the European Under-21 Championship, where he became the tournament’s top scorer.
