Zabarnyi himself favours a transfer to the French champions, which comes as no surprise given the strong performances of Luis Enrique’s side. In contrast, a new project is only now starting to take shape at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium under newly appointed head coach Thomas Frank.
Over the last two seasons at Bournemouth, Zabarnyi has been among the club’s top performers. Still only 22 years old, the defender already boasts 49 senior caps for Ukraine and has played 12 matches in the Champions League during his time with Dynamo Kyiv.
