Harry Kane added another major milestone to his England career on Tuesday, as the Bayern Munich forward matched Peter Shilton’s all-time caps record for the Three Lions.
Kane started against Czech Republic in the UEFA Nations League and marked the occasion with a goal, taking him to 125 England appearances. His strike was also his 91st at international level, continuing a prolific run in which he had scored six goals in his last four appearances for his country.

Jude Bellingham, Kane’s England team-mate, offered an emphatic tribute after the forward’s latest landmark, highlighting both his leadership and his level of performance.
