Bellingham wins LaLiga Player of the Season, Rodrygo and Ancelotti have no plans to leave Real

Jude Bellingham has had a remarkable debut season with Real Madrid, quickly establishing himself as one of the best performers in La Liga. The 20-year-old midfielder’s outstanding performances have earned him the prestigious La Liga Player of the Season award. Bellingham’s contributions were instrumental in Real Madrid’s title winning campaign, as he recorded 19 goals and 6 assists. At the tender age of 20, Bellingham has now won his second major individual trophy, following his selection as the Player of the Season in the German Bundesliga last year, when still part of Borussia Dortmund.

Bellingham’s teammate Rodrygo has also made headlines by reaffirming his commitment to the club. “Some of my words were taken out of context. I’m very happy at Real Madrid, it’s a dream to be here, I’m not planning to leave at all” the Brazilian stated. Adding to the stability at Real Madrid, manager Carlo Ancelotti has also confirmed his intention to remain at the club. “I will retire as Real Madrid manager. My career will finish at Real Madrid. As long as Real Madrid want me to stay, I will be here available for the club” Ancelotti told Spanish outlet Repubblica.

Bellingham and Borussia Dortmund will meet again in three days time, as Real Madrid faces the German club in the Champions League final at Wembley Stadium on June 1st.
