Eze’s contract with Crystal Palace includes a £68 million release clause, which expires on Friday. Arsenal are unwilling to pay that amount but are preparing an offer of around £60 million, according to reports in England. Before that, however, the London club need to make sales, having already spent heavily on the transfers of Viktor Gyokeres, Martin Zubimendi, Noni Madueke, Cristhian Mosquera, Christian Norgaard and Kepa Arrizabalaga.
