Meanwhile, Milan have reached an agreement with Young Boys for the signing of right-back Zachary Athekame. The deal between the two clubs is worth €10 million, with the Swiss side also set to receive 10% of the fee from his next sale.
In the coming hours, Athekame will arrive in Milan for his medical tests, after which he will sign a five-year contract. This will give the Rossoneri the needed reinforcement at right-back after parting ways with Davide Calabria, Emerson Royal and Alessandro Florenzi.
